A large dining/eat in kitchen has all the appliances you would need to make a lovely home cooked meal.This home has an open floor plan with living dining and kitchen areas being centrally located in the middle of the home with bedrooms on corresponding sides of the home. Make your way through the living/ family area through the patio door and step out onto the paved pool deck area with covered lanai and private swimming deck area.This home is fully furnished, has a complete kitchen and washing and drying facilities. Two Queen Master bedrooms are entered separately through opposite doors into the deck area at the far end of the home and have their own private bathrooms. A further queen room is located towards the entrance hall having a shared Jack n Jill bathroom with a twin room located the other side of the jack n jill bathroom. Alarm system installed. The villa looked exactly like the images, we were worried as we had never stayed in a non gated community before when visiting Florida and this was our first time doing so. They have everything you need there in regards to cookware, dishes, pots, pans, cups, silverware, etc. I will suggest getting the heated pool option, at least at this time of year. The water was pretty cold and didn’t seem to warm up very much. The location was awesome so there’s great privacy. We liked that we were on a private corner lot so no one was staring at us in the pool & we didn’t have to worry about our children disturbing the neighbors while playing in the pool. It was nice that some pool towels were also left in the closet for use. There is no pool gate so be cautious with kids but they have an awesome alarm/chime on the door leading to the pool deck that was reassuring. Great family home. Great private space.
