Very well equipped kitchen with everything you’d need…including sharp knives (which are normally non existent in any rental property!) For the Brits there’s even a kettle so we could make a proper brew I. The morning. Quiet neighbourhood, easy reach of multiple restaurants, grocery stores and attractions. July 2023 - Khamis - 5 * - Our stay at this place was well worth it. Everything we needed in the kitchen was fully stocked. We had tons of towels and there was even beach towels too. There was tons of hangers for our clothes. We loved the washer and dryer as we used them 2 or 3 times during o7r stay. There was some wash spray and bleach was available. There was an iron and ironing board available for use too. The space was more than enough for our family of 6. We enjoyed the pool a lot! One day of our vacation, we just stayed in to enjoy the pool! During our stay, someone came to make sure the pool was working properly and left without any interuption. I used the pool almost every morning for a swim. I enjoyed my run/walk on the community gravel track accessible through our back yard. This house was close to Walmart, Chilies, Olive Garden, Chick-fil-A. There too many to list. We enjoyed every moment we spent in this house and would definitely come back again if we come back to Orlando. June 2023 - Latisha - 5 * - We booked last minute, Sandra immediately reached out about instructions on check in and to make sure we arrived ok. Anytime I had a question I was able to get my answer within 30 mins. The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood with access to gated splash pad and playground. Space was amble as we had 3 adults ,1 teen, 1 kid,and 1 toddler. A stroller was provided in the closet which was nice and handy. There was tennis and basketball courts with key access. All rooms had tvs(roku) including living room which is great for dividing up kids versus adult movies and shows. There was ample dishes and pantry space.The pool area was nice and did not have a rear facing neighbor which is nice for those who like privacy. Sandra did inform us this was self catering spot so we brought tissue paper, paper towels, garbage bags but did not have to use til end of stay due to what was already there. All the basic amenities were provided for our stay, We had trouble using the lock box to gain entry to the house. The host responded quickly and helped us out. The house is in a quiet neighbourhood, and we appreciated the safety of a gated community. July 2022 - scott h. House was very clean, extremely well maintained, and set up very nicely for our family. Very secure and quiet neighborhood within a gated community. Great location with walmart and publix grocery down the street, and tons of restaurants and shopping less than ten mins away. Not too far from Disney (less than 20mins) and Universal (about 40mins) and other major theme parks and attractions. Has a pool and hot tub right outside the patio doors! Communication with host was easy and timely, very responsive and helpful. Wonderful stay!
