Whilst Christmas in Orlando might not be Christmas in the traditional sense it still has a lot to offer for the many thousands that visit the area over the festive period.
The Christmas period is the second busiest period of the year for vacationers after Easter. There is plenty of reasons for that.
Take the many theme parks for instance, each of them has their own Christmas events that light up the parks. Mickey has his Christmas Party at Disney and the Grinch has his take over at Universal. If you have been to any of these in the past then you already know that no expense is spared when it comes to Christmas! They say it doesn't snow all that much in Orlando but they sure do their best to make it feel that way.
Then you have some less character based shows such as the Osbourne family light spectacle, one of our family favorites, Hollywood studio becomes a sea of lights it truly is a spectacle.
But Orlando has so much more to offer outside of the theme parks, take Celebration for example, they have snow! take the family over there for some food at one of the many great locations and witness their snow!
Christmas is a time that can be enjoyed just about most places but Orlando has that special spark for families over the festive period.
Stay safe and make sure you take advantage of these great events.
